Orders & Shipping Policy

At OrhansBaklava.com, we aim to ensure timely delivery of your favorite baklava treats. Packages are typically dispatched within 2 business days after receiving payment. We ship via trusted national couriers and will provide you with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Shipping Fees and Packaging: Shipping fees cover both handling and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. To minimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping all your items into one order. Please note, we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Rest assured, we take special care when packing your items, particularly fragile goods. Our boxes are carefully sized to ensure your products are well-protected during transit.

Delivery Information: Our courier partners deliver between 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or strikes.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note, no changes to the delivery address or instructions will be possible once the order is confirmed.

In the case of extreme weather conditions, such as floods or heavy rains, OrhansBaklava.com reserves the right to reschedule the delivery.

Delivery Attempts: We will attempt to deliver your order once. If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, no redelivery or refund will be issued:

• Incorrect or untraceable address
• Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
• Locked premises
• Incorrect phone number; phone switched off or unreachable
• Recipient refusing the delivery
• Delivery accepted at the gate, reception, or by a neighbor

In the case of a failed delivery, your order will be sent back to our head office. Please contact us to arrange for pickup.
