At OrhansBaklava.com, we prepare fresh baklava for every order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. In case of order cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

If your payment was deducted but the transaction was unsuccessful, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
